  目前對加入會員並無限制，只要願意接受演講、溝通及領導技巧之訓練，並對英文有初步的程度，均歡迎到例會參觀，再決定是否參加。唯為了控制會場的秩序及有效率的開會及訓練，本會保留同意您參加與否的權利。費用： 目前到會試聽，暫不收取任何費用。加入會員，第一次繳費 2500 元 ( 或依月份比例部分分攤 ) ，其中包含交給總會的加入費用、每月費用及會務運作費用 ( 如茶水、水電、紙張印刷等 ) ，爾後每半年費用為 1500 元。 總部並將提供個人手冊、雜誌、必要文件等供會員參考、閱讀。
